Providing an inclusive, differentiated, and engaging education to students remains a core aspect of my teaching. Students will feel welcomed and respected in my class, where they are able to develop their working skills and express their opinions, regardless of gender, race, culture, or ethnicity. In my teaching experience, I have demonstrated the ability to develop lessons that interest and engage students, to employ assessment strategies that provide students with informative feedback that fosters improvement, and to maintain a professional yet caring relationship with students that promotes trust, respect and collaboration.
